Dr. Evelyn Avalos DDS
"I am an internationally trained dentist who earned my dental degree in Mexico and continued my journey by completing the International Dentist Program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). Training in two different countries has given me the opportunity to combine diverse clinical experiences with a patient centered approach to care.
For me, dentistry is about so much more than treating teeth, it’s about caring for people. I believe every patient deserves to feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for from the moment they walk through the door. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where we work together to improve not only your oral health, but also your confidence and overall well being."
Marvy Najera – Operations Supervisor
"Born and raised in Mexico, I began my professional journey as a Certified Public Accountant before moving to Las Vegas and discovering my passion for the dental field. I started my dental career as a Dental Assistant in 2004 and, over the years, expanded my experience into dental practice management and administration.
With more than 20 years of experience in dentistry, I bring together my background in accounting, clinical knowledge, and management experience to support efficient practice operations and provide a positive experience for both patients and the dental team."
Jackie Chavira - Front Desk
"I’m Jackie and I’ve been working in the dental field for about 7 years as a dental receptionist. Throughout my time in dentistry, I’ve had the opportunity to grow, learn, and build meaningful relationships with both patients and within the dental industry. I love being able to connect with patients and be a friendly face they can feel comfortable coming to. I’m passionate about creating a positive environment and making each patient feel heard and valued. Outside of dentistry, I’m also a nail artist, which allows me to express my creative side. I’m a huge animal lover and absolutely love spending time in nature. I’m excited to be part of the team and look forward to getting to know everyone!"
Kimberly Dirig - Office Manager
"Hi, I’m Kimberly. I received my dental assistant training in the United States Navy in 1992 and proudly served for seven years. After leaving the Navy, I continued my career in dentistry because I enjoy helping patients achieve healthy smiles. I later transitioned from clinical assisting to administration and billing, allowing me to provide additional support to our patients. I have been part of the Advance Dental Care team since 2001 and feel truly fortunate to work with such wonderful patients. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband of more than 30 years and our amazing son."
Lala Dziuba - Dental Assistant
"My introduction into dentistry began as a summer job. What started as a temporary opportunity became a passion for helping others and being part of a team that makes a positive difference in patients’ lives. One of my favorite parts of my job is assisting with patient care and getting to know the people who come through our doors. I enjoy building connections through conversation and helping patients feel a lot more comfortable and at ease during their visits to make it more enjoyable."

"Dentistry has been a part of my life from the very beginning, as I grew up surrounded by the dental field and developed a passion for helping others through patient care. That passion inspired me to become a dental assistant, where I’ve loved building relationships with patients and being part of creating healthy, confident smiles. Every day in the office has reinforced my love for dentistry, and I’m excited to take the next step in my journey by attending dental school in the near future. I look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and provide compassionate care to every patient I have the privilege of meeting."

"Hi, my name is Joyce. I developed an interest in dentistry as a youngster. I graduated from dental hygiene school right here in Las Vegas. My dad was a practicing dentist in Chicago where I grew up. He taught me the importance of a clean and functioning oral cavity. When I am not in the office I enjoy cooking, gardening, tennis, and long walks with my dog Charlie."
